Starting at 16, I worked out without any guidance except for what I knew from playing sports as a kid. With no social media, I had to learn from people at the gym, books, and online forums. I fell in love with fitness and nutrition. 3 years later I got my certification and started coaching group fitness classes.
After a many years of working out I still wasn't satisfied with my own health and results. I then hired a coach and realized the power of 1-on-1 coaching, tailored to my specific goals and lifestyle. I was getting better results, FASTER without feeling rundown and burnt out.
While continuing to coach the group classes, I knew that the programs weren't giving my clients the best results. I also wasn’t leading by example by doing something different than what I was having my clients do.
That's why I now offer 1-on-1 coaching and tailored programs to help my clients achieve their goals and change their lives for the long term.
My goal is to teach them everything I've learned over my 15 years of personal experience and 10+ years of coaching, so they can optimize their results.
Group classes and templated programs can both be very effective and serve as a starting point for those who aren't ready for 1-on-1 coaching.
But I believe that the best results come from personalized coaching that takes into account a clients specific goals, starting point, past experiences, and lifestyle.
There is nothing like having your own coach to hold you accountable, give you advice and be your support system when you need it!
